Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure should retain the contracted project, commercial-operation date, installation and meter points, hourly generation and load, wheeling path, T-REC or other certificate ownership and retirement, curtailment, shortfall replacement and additionality basis. This prevents contracted MW from being reported as current-period emissions reduction and aligns financial settlement, energy management and sustainability reporting.
