新聞與制度內容應保存可辨識的來源、發布時間、內容類型及責任狀態。可取得一手來源時優先使用一手來源；若使用公開企業資料或媒體報導，頁面應明確顯示其來源屬性。｜News and institutional content must retain identifiable sources, publication times, content types and responsibility status. Primary sources are preferred when available; when public corporate materials or media reports are used, the page must clearly identify the source type.

外部事實、受訪者或企業主張，以及 SNN.TW 的編輯分析應保持可辨識的界線。Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure 觀點屬於分析框架，不代表主管機關、標準制定者、來源機構或被報導企業的立場。｜External facts, statements by interviewees or companies, and SNN.TW editorial analysis must remain distinguishable. 發布控制｜Publication controls
草稿、預覽稿、未完成來源核對的內容及未通過人工審核的英文版本，不應以正式核准內容進入搜尋索引。重大更新應保留更新日期；需要更正時依更正與更新政策處理。｜Drafts, previews, content with incomplete source checks and English versions that have not passed human review must not enter search indexes as formally approved content. Material updates must retain an updated date, and corrections are handled under the Corrections and Updates Policy.
商業與編輯分離｜Commercial and editorial separation
商業合作可以約定交付範圍與刊登服務，但不得預先購買結論、隱藏重大來源限制或移除必要揭露。｜Commercial engagements may define delivery scope and publication services, but they may not purchase a predetermined conclusion, conceal material source limitations or remove required disclosures.
