可驗證的事實錯誤、來源錯置、數字或日期錯誤、重要上下文遺漏，以及可能實質改變讀者理解的翻譯問題，均應進入更正流程。｜Verifiable factual errors, misattributed sources, incorrect numbers or dates, material omissions of context and translation issues that may substantially change reader understanding must enter the correction process.
處理方式｜How corrections are handled
不改變核心判斷的文字、連結或格式修正可更新修改時間。會改變事件理解、制度狀態或責任判斷的重大更正，應在文章中保留清楚的更正或更新說明。｜Text, link or formatting changes that do not alter the core judgment may update the modified time. A material correction that changes understanding of an event, institutional status or responsibility judgment must retain a clear correction or update notice in the article.
