AI must not be used to fabricate sources or quotations, assume verification results or rewrite analysis as established fact.
人工審核｜Human review
所有正式發布內容均須由具權限的人員完成發布控制。尚未通過人工審核的英文稿僅供內部預覽並維持 noindex；人工審核完成後才能成為可索引的正式英文版本。｜All formally published content must pass publication control by an authorized person. An English draft that has not passed human review is available only for internal preview and remains noindex; it becomes an indexable official English version only after human review is complete.
搜尋與 AI 使用權利｜Search and AI usage rights
SNN.TW 允許一般搜尋索引與以連結方式引用。除另有書面授權外，不授權把內容用作即時 AI 輸入、RAG 或 grounding 資料庫、模型訓練或微調、向量化語意索引，以及衍生知識圖譜的大規模內容來源。機器可讀訊號與本政策應共同解讀。｜SNN.TW permits ordinary search indexing and linked citation. Unless separately authorized in writing, content may not be used as live AI input, a RAG or grounding database, training or fine-tuning material, a vectorized semantic index or a large-scale source for derived knowledge graphs. Machine-readable signals and this policy must be read together.

外部連結、第三方 PDF、引述、圖片及來源資料不因出現在 SNN.TW 而取得新的 AI 使用授權。其權利仍由原權利人決定。｜External links, third-party PDFs, quotations, images and source materials do not receive new AI-use authorization merely because they appear on SNN.TW. Their rights remain determined by the original rights holders.
