企業提供事件、決策、行動、數據與原始文件後，SNN.TW 依序建立事件身分、時間、可歸責主張、來源角色、證據鏈與適用邊界。完成來源審查及編輯審查後，內容才可能進入正式刊登流程；付款本身不構成發布保證。｜After an enterprise provides event, decision, action, data and source documents, SNN.TW establishes event identity, timing, attributable claims, source roles, evidence chains and applicable boundaries in sequence. Content may enter the formal publication process only after source and editorial review; payment itself does not guarantee publication.
