EMJ.LIFE 向 SNN.TW 提供 Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure 相關技術、方法、資料治理與出版控制架構的使用授權。此授權支援來源關係、metadata、版本、分類與證據狀態的管理。｜EMJ.LIFE licenses SNN.TW to use technology, methods, data governance and publication-control architecture related to Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure. The license supports management of source relationships, metadata, versions, classifications and evidence status.
不代表的事項｜What the license does not represent
基礎設施授權不代表 EMJ.LIFE 為每篇新聞背書、提供確信、作出法規判定或控制 SNN.TW 的日常編輯立場。SNN.TW 的商業內容亦不得借用 EMJ.LIFE 名義形成未經授權的認證主張。｜The infrastructure license does not mean that EMJ.LIFE endorses each news article, provides assurance, makes regulatory determinations or controls SNN.TW's daily editorial position. SNN.TW commercial content may not use the EMJ.LIFE name to create an unauthorized certification claim.

媒體內容、企業付費服務、Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure 分析及 EMJ.LIFE 的機構出版物應依各自頁面與責任標示解讀，不應合併推定。｜Media content, paid enterprise services, Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure analysis and EMJ.LIFE institutional publications must be interpreted according to their respective pages and responsibility labels and must not be combined by inference.
