CASE requires at least 12 completed CAE, 6 EKS and 3 EXEC records. The service contact checks the records and completion status; meeting the minimum does not guarantee engagement acceptance or publication approval.

企業自行選擇服務，說明主題、範圍、數量、資料準備狀態及預計時程。窗口釐清資料需求；服務變更須取得企業書面確認。The enterprise chooses its service and states subject, scope, quantity, material readiness and intended timing. The contact clarifies inputs; a service change requires written enterprise confirmation.
取得書面預算與範圍Obtain written budget and scope
依所選服務、紀錄數量、資料完整度及約定研究與交付範圍確認報價，供企業內部評估。參考預算與正式委託條件分別標示。A quote reflects the selected service, record quantity, material completeness and agreed research/delivery scope for internal review. Indicative budgets and formal engagement terms are identified separately.
確認委託、交付與驗收Agree engagement, delivery and acceptance
報價與訂購文件須列明交付項目、格式、數量、時程起算、事實確認責任、修改範圍、驗收方式及費用處理，經確認後執行。Quotation and order documents specify deliverables, format, quantity, timing basis, factual-review responsibilities, revision scope, acceptance method and fee treatment before execution.

04 · DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
先約定交付項目，再核對完成狀態
Agree deliverables and then check completion.
驗收應核對約定交付是否完成、主張與來源能否對應、時間與版本是否明確，以及資料限制是否保留。各案以雙方確認的報價與訂購文件為準。Acceptance checks agreed deliverables, claim-source links, time/version clarity and retained limitations. Each engagement follows its confirmed quotation and order documents.
企業可確認公司、人物、數字與事件等事實；來源採用、分析、限制說明與是否發布由 SNN.TW 依編輯治理處理。付款與事實確認不等於發布核准。The enterprise may confirm company, person, numerical and event facts. SNN.TW governs source selection, analysis, limitations and publication. Payment and factual confirmation do not constitute publication approval.
交付天數、修改輪次、檔案格式、後續更新安排，以及未獲發布核准時的交付與費用處理，均須在個案文件中明列，請於委託前逐項確認。Delivery timing, revision rounds, file formats, later updates and delivery/fee treatment if publication is not approved must be explicit in engagement documents and confirmed before commissioning.

閱讀正式成果時，可以依序核對「主體身分」「時間邊界」「主張與確認狀態」「來源與主張連結」及「版本與更正紀錄」。來源可支持的主張與限制，須一併閱讀。Read the entity identity, time boundaries, claims and status, source-to-claim links and version/correction history. Read supported claims together with source limitations.
成果索引保留各筆紀錄的內容身分及公開付費狀態。服務類別、刊登數量與示範成果本身，不能證成付費客戶數或第三方驗證。The output index preserves each record's content identity and disclosed payment status. A service category, publication count or demonstration does not establish paying-client numbers or third-party validation.

如何取得價格與內部提案資料？How do we obtain a price and internal review material?
四項服務均依專案報價。來信提供所選服務、預計範圍與數量、資料狀態及預計時程，窗口確認初步需求後提供對應的書面預算與範圍。正式金額、稅別、付款及交付條件由正式報價與訂購文件確認。All four services are quoted by project. Send the selected service, scope/quantity, material status and intended timing. After initial clarification, the contact provides a corresponding written budget and scope. Formal quotation and order documents confirm the amount, tax, payment and delivery terms.
內部治理資料都會公開嗎？Will all internal governance material be public?
資料可供核對的範圍與可公開的成果須分別確認。公開內容須經權利及編輯審查與發布核准；受限附件與內部來源依原有權利及保密界線處理。首次詢問以資料類型與公開連結說明現況即可。Material available for review and outputs permitted for publication are confirmed separately. Public content requires rights/editorial review and publication approval; restricted attachments and internal sources retain their rights and confidentiality boundaries. Describe material types and public links in the initial inquiry.
資料尚未齊備，可以先詢問嗎？Can we enquire before all material is ready?
可以先說明已發生事項、現有來源與缺口。窗口會釐清原服務範圍內需要補充的資料；任何服務變更須取得企業書面確認。尚未發生的承諾不作為已執行紀錄。Describe matters that have occurred, available sources and gaps. The contact clarifies additional material within the selected service; any service change requires written enterprise confirmation. Future commitments are not recorded as completed actions.

指可保存、追溯、引用並依版本更新的證據與知識紀錄，使用仍受原有權利與適用範圍約束。這個服務用語本身不表示財報資產認列、估值、可交易性或資料所有權移轉。It means evidence and knowledge records that can be retained, traced, cited and updated by version, subject to rights and scope. The service term itself establishes no accounting recognition, valuation, tradability or transfer of data ownership.
成果如何引用、重用與更新？How may outputs be cited, reused and updated?
引用保留標題、來源、日期、版本與適用限制。重製、商業重用、AI 輸入與訓練等用途依內容權利政策及個案授權辦理。後續更正保留版本紀錄；是否包含更新服務與費用，依委託文件確認。Citations retain title, source, date, version and limitations. Reproduction, commercial reuse, AI input and training follow the rights policy and engagement-specific authorization. Corrections retain version history; update-service coverage and fees follow engagement documents.
付款後是否一定發布，或取得認證與確信？Does payment guarantee publication, certification or assurance?
付費取得約定的證據整理、研究與編輯服務，發布仍須另經審查核准。服務不提供獨立第三方驗證、確信、認證、評級或法規合規判定，也不保證 AI 引用、排名、融資或投資結果。Payment purchases agreed evidence-structuring, research and editorial work; publication remains separately approved. Services provide no independent third-party validation, assurance, certification, rating or compliance determination and guarantee no AI citation, ranking, financing or investment outcome.
