Greenly 收購 Normative，碳盤查平台整併考驗資料遷移、方法版本與稽核軌跡

ESG Today 報導，合併後服務超過 30 國的 4,000 多家企業，兩家公司先前募資合計逾 1.15 億歐元，並希望三年內把年度經常性收入從約 3,000 萬歐元提高到 5,000 萬歐元。

企業碳盤查平台承載組織邊界、排放係數、供應商資料、方法選擇與申報輸出。整併若只合併介面而未保留計算與權限歷史，客戶可能無法重現前期數字。

Corporate carbon-accounting platforms hold organisational boundaries, emission factors, supplier data, method choices and reporting outputs. If consolidation merges interfaces without calculation and access history, customers may not reproduce prior-period figures.

SNN editorial analysis: Greenly's acquisition of Normative is a European climate-software consolidation, not a Taiwan corporate transaction. The relevant transmission path concerns Taiwan carbon-accounting software and systems integration, listed exporters that use foreign SaaS, and assurance and IT-audit firms governing a platform transition. First, before each migration acceptance, carbon-accounting software and systems integrators should use an organisational-boundary mapping to reconcile every supplier identifier, base year, emission-factor version and methodology version and issue an immutable migration reconciliation report.
