Amazon、American Electric Power（AEP）與 X-energy 正評估在美國印第安納州 Sullivan County 的舊 Breed 煤電廠址推進核能開發。X-energy 於 10 月 19 日公布聯合開發協議，ESG Today 隔日報導此案。規劃以 12 部 Xe-100 小型模組化反應爐組成 960 MW 容量；目前確認的是可行性與開發工作，並非電廠已建成、獲准商轉或開始提供電力。

Amazon, American Electric Power and X-energy are evaluating a proposed nuclear project at the former Breed coal-plant site in Sullivan County, Indiana. X-energy announced the joint development agreement on October 19, and ESG Today reported it the following day. The concept envisages twelve Xe-100 modules totaling 960 MW. What has been established is development and feasibility work, not a completed plant, commercial-operation approval or current electricity delivery.

Utility Dive senior editor Robert Walton reports that Amazon would purchase power under a long-term agreement covering facility and operating costs if the plant is built and enters commercial operation. That conditional arrangement deserves scrutiny; it is not evidence of electricity already delivered or costs already allocated in practice.
