Co-hosted by Carnegie India and the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, GTS 2025 explored the global influence of emerging technologies under the theme “Sambhavna” (meaning "possibility"). However, it was not just a show of tech diplomacy but also a real test of how ESG principles could be embedded into conference design.

It is evident that ESG is rapidly evolving from being a corporate reporting metric to becoming a common language in international relations and conference diplomacy. GTS may have emerged as India’s new platform for “responsible tech diplomacy”.
