美國能源數據與管理平台公司 Arcadia 宣布完成對 ENGIE Impact 的收購，進一步擴大其在企業能源管理與永續服務市場的布局。交易已於4月29日正式完成。

U.S.-based energy data platform company Arcadia has completed its acquisition of ENGIE Impact, significantly expanding its presence in enterprise energy management and sustainability services. The transaction officially closed on April 29.

此次併購後，合併後的新Arcadia將管理近1,000億美元的公用事業支出（utility spend），並負責超過450萬個能源計量點（utility meters）與每年逾300億美元的能源付款處理，規模大幅提升。

Following the acquisition, the combined company will manage nearly $100 billion in utility spend, oversee 4.5 million utility meters, and process more than $30 billion in annual utility payments.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., Arcadia has focused on building AI-powered energy data infrastructure for large enterprise clients, including Fortune 2000 companies. ENGIE Impact, meanwhile, brings more than three decades of experience in utility bill management, energy procurement, and sustainability advisory services.

Under the deal, Arcadia customers will gain access to ENGIE Impact’s energy procurement, bill management, and sustainability consulting capabilities. ENGIE Impact clients will gradually adopt Arcadia’s AI-powered utility data platform and automation tools.

Arcadia執行長 Kiran Bhatraju 表示，雙方過去分別解決能源管理中的部分問題，如今結合後將建立完整解決方案。

他指出：「ENGIE Impact花了30年建立企業能源管理與永續顧問的產業標準，而Arcadia則打造能源數據與AI基礎架構。過去我們各自解決部分問題，如今我們將一起解決整個問題。」

ENGIE Impact執行長 Paige Janson 則表示，此次交易是公司與客戶的重要進化。她認為，結合Arcadia技術與ENGIE Impact的基礎設施與專業知識後，將能提供過去難以實現的透明度與效率。

Arcadia CEO Kiran Bhatraju said the merger creates a more comprehensive solution for enterprise energy management.

“ENGIE Impact has spent 30 years setting the gold standard for enterprise utility bill management, energy procurement and sustainability advising, while Arcadia has spent the last decade building energy data and AI infrastructure,” Bhatraju said. “Together, we’re solving the full problem.”

ENGIE Impact CEO Paige Janson described the acquisition as “an exciting evolution” for both companies and their customers. She noted that combining Arcadia’s technology with ENGIE Impact’s infrastructure and expertise would deliver greater transparency and efficiency in energy management.
