DHL電池物流中心

DHL Supply Chain已於荷蘭林堡省Holtum動工興建歐洲電池物流樞紐，隨著電動車（EV）與儲能系統需求持續攀升，該設施將成為支援高壓電池供應鏈的重要區域性基礎設施節點。

DHL Supply Chain has broken ground on a new European battery logistics hub in Holtum, Limburg, in the Netherlands, as demand for electric vehicles and energy storage systems continues to accelerate across global markets.

該基地佔地約17,000平方公尺，鄰近DHL既有汽車物流園區，未來將形成整合型產業園區（integrated logistics campus），提供涵蓋電動出行與能源系統的端到端物流與技術服務能力。

The 17,000-square-metre facility will sit alongside DHL’s existing automotive logistics operations, forming an integrated campus designed to support electric mobility and energy infrastructure supply chains. The hub is scheduled to become operational in early 2027.

從供應鏈設計角度來看，此一設施不僅處理電池運輸，更延伸至電池生命週期管理（battery lifecycle management），包括合規儲存、性能診斷、充放電調理（charging & conditioning）、翻修再製（refurbishment）、逆向物流（reverse logistics）以及回收前處理，顯示物流體系正由傳統運輸服務轉向高附加價值的資產管理模式。

The site will handle high-voltage batteries used in electric vehicles as well as stationary energy storage systems, including residential and solar-linked applications that are increasingly central to Europe’s decentralised energy transition.

DHL指出，該樞紐將支援車用電池與儲能電池應用，涵蓋家庭儲能與太陽能系統等分散式能源（decentralised energy systems）場景，反映歐洲能源系統正加速朝去中心化與電氣化轉型。

Beyond transport and storage, the facility will provide full battery lifecycle services, including compliant storage, diagnostics, charging and conditioning, refurbishment, reverse logistics, and preparation for recycling. This reflects a broader shift in logistics from transportation-focused services toward end-to-end asset and lifecycle management.

在供應鏈結構層面，DHL強調中國仍占全球約七成電動車電池供應量，並持續主導製造與技術創新，同時越來越多中國企業正將產能與基礎設施延伸至歐洲市場，帶動跨區域供應鏈重組與物流需求上升。

DHL highlighted the continued dominance of China in global battery manufacturing, accounting for roughly 70% of EV battery supply, while noting that Chinese manufacturers are increasingly expanding production capacity and logistics infrastructure into Europe.

DHL Supply Chain Europe執行長Rainer Haag表示，能源與交通系統轉型正重塑全球供應鏈架構，而Holtum投資將強化公司在電池物流領域的專業能力，並與既有汽車物流網絡形成協同效應，打造可擴展的EV一站式供應鏈解決方案。

According to Rainer Haag, the investment reflects the transformation of mobility and energy systems and strengthens DHL’s ability to provide scalable logistics solutions for the EV sector globally, particularly across Asia–Europe supply chains.

從永續與法規角度來看，該設施設計亦對應歐洲市場對電池安全性、可追溯性與環境合規（regulatory compliance）的高度要求，透過整合物流與技術服務降低供應鏈複雜度，同時支援循環經濟模式下的資源再利用效率提升。

The Holtum campus is designed to support highly regulated and complex battery flows, ensuring compliance with European safety and sustainability requirements while enabling more efficient and circular supply chain models.

該基地預計於2027年初正式啟用，並將透過多式聯運節點（公路、內河航運與港口系統）提升歐洲區域配送韌性與運輸效率，強化荷蘭作為歐洲電池與新能源物流樞紐的戰略地位。

DHL said the facility aligns with its Strategy 2030 growth priorities, focusing on electric mobility, renewable energy, and circular supply chains, and will strengthen Europe’s logistics resilience through multimodal transport connectivity across road, rail, and inland waterways.
