Lookthrough 收購 BuildingMinds，逾 10 萬棟建築 ESG 資料走向 AI 決策平台

不動產決策平台 Lookthrough 同意收購 Schindler 旗下 BuildingMinds，雙方將 ESG、營運資料與 AI 決策工具整合。交易價格未公開，預計於 2026 年第四季完成。

Real-estate decision platform Lookthrough has agreed to acquire Schindler-owned BuildingMinds, combining ESG and operational data with AI-supported decision tools. Financial terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

BuildingMinds 自 2018 年發展不動產資料、揭露、組合管理與數位孿生服務；Lookthrough 則聚焦投資與資產決策。合併後據稱涵蓋 64 國逾 10 萬棟建築。

BuildingMinds has developed real-estate data, reporting, portfolio management and digital-twin services since 2018, while Lookthrough focuses on investment and asset decisions. Together they say they cover more than 100,000 buildings in 64 countries.

資料規模不等於資料品質。跨國建築資料存在口徑、缺漏、估算、租戶權限與資安差異，AI 建議也可能放大基礎資料偏誤。

Data scale is not data quality. Cross-border building records vary in definitions, gaps, estimates, tenant permissions and security, while AI recommendations can amplify weak underlying data.

依協議，BuildingMinds 將保留品牌、柏林據點與客戶團隊，既有合約與平台營運持續，並維持歐盟託管、ISO 27001 與 SOC 2 認證。Schindler 將成為 Lookthrough 最大機構股東。

Under the agreement, BuildingMinds will retain its brand, Berlin base and client teams. Existing contracts and operations continue, alongside EU hosting and ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Schindler will become Lookthrough's largest institutional shareholder.

公告確認交易結構、資產涵蓋與預定完成期，但未揭露價格、營收、客戶留存或合併綜效。交易仍待一般成交條件完成。

The announcement confirms the transaction structure, asset coverage and expected closing period but not price, revenue, retention or synergies. Completion remains subject to customary conditions.

Real-estate ESG software is moving from compliance reporting toward capital allocation and asset-value decisions. Competition will increasingly depend on comparable data, audit trails, model governance and measured efficiency outcomes.
