Philips 發行首檔符合 EuGB 標準綠債，6.5 億歐元投入循環經濟

Philips 為 6.5 億歐元、2034 年到期的綠色債券完成定價，並稱其為公司及醫療產業首檔依 European Green Bond 標準發行的債券。

Philips priced a EUR 650 million green bond due in 2034, describing it as the first by both the company and the healthcare sector under the European Green Bond standard.

歐盟 EuGB 制度要求使用 EuGB 名稱的募集資金投入符合 EU Taxonomy 的經濟活動，並配套用途揭露、轉型計畫及影響報告。Philips 的框架聚焦循環經濟。

The EU EuGB regime requires proceeds carrying the designation to fund EU Taxonomy-aligned activities, supported by use-of-proceeds disclosure, a transition plan and impact reporting. Philips' framework focuses on circular economy activities.

醫療設備的環境影響跨越設計、材料、製造、使用階段能耗、維修、回收與供應商。綠債標籤只有在資金分配與實際成果可追溯時才具治理價值。

Healthcare equipment impacts span design, materials, manufacturing, use-phase energy, repair, recovery and suppliers. A green label has governance value only when allocation and outcomes remain traceable.

Philips 表示資金將支持節能產品設計、客戶使用階段減排、循環實務與較永續替代材料。公司另設定 2045 年價值鏈淨零目標。

Philips says proceeds will support energy-efficient product design, lower customer use-phase emissions, circular practices and more sustainable material alternatives. The company also targets value-chain net zero by 2045.
