太陽能進入「責任時代」

在 2025 年 10 月 9 日舉行的「第三屆 TaiyangNews 太陽能與永續發展國際論壇」上，來自全球的太陽能產業領袖齊聚一堂，探討如何透過金融創新、供應鏈溯源與 ESG（環境、社會與治理）機制，推動太陽能產業進入更具責任感的永續階段。

At the 3rd TaiyangNews Solar & Sustainability Conference held on October 9, 2025, global solar industry leaders convened to explore how finance, traceability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices can drive the next phase of responsible growth across the solar value chain.

TaiyangNews 總經理 Michael Schmela 在開幕致詞中指出，ESG 已不再只是符合法規的要求，而是企業核心責任的體現。他提到，2021 年僅有前十大太陽能模組製造商中的 4 家發布永續報告，而如今已全數跟進，顯示產業正邁向更高透明度。不過，他強調，永續不應僅停留在發電層面，而應涵蓋整個生產生命週期。

TaiyangNews Managing Director Michael Schmela opened the conference by noting that ESG has evolved from a compliance requirement to a core business responsibility. He highlighted that while only four of the top 10 PV manufacturers released sustainability reports in 2021, all now do - marking real progress toward transparency. However, Schmela emphasized that the sector must extend accountability beyond energy generation to include every stage of production.

韌性與永續並行：面對全球不確定性的新策略 Think Resiliency 的 Jochen Hauff 指出，「韌性」與「永續」必須並行發展，才能讓太陽能產業在地緣政治與氣候變遷的挑戰下保持穩定。他以「農電共生」（agrivoltaics）為例，說明太陽能與農業結合不僅能保護土地，也能強化糧食與能源安全。

Resilience and Sustainability Must Go Hand in Hand Jochen Hauff of Think Resiliency argued that sustainability and resilience are inseparable pillars of future solar development. “Resilience enables us to withstand disruption - from geopolitics to climate shocks,” he said, citing agrivoltaics as an example of innovation that supports both environmental and energy security goals.

低碳製造與供應鏈透明化 Trinasolar（天合光能）分享了其低碳認證策略，目標在 2030 年前於全球運營中全面採用再生能源。該公司以五大支柱推動永續轉型，包括高效電池研發、綠色製造、垂直整合與數位化供應鏈管理，確保每一件產品都具備完整可追溯性，以符合各地的低碳認證標準。

Low-Carbon Certification and Transparent Supply Chains Trinasolar presented its low-carbon certification strategy, pledging to achieve 100% renewable energy across global operations by 2030. Its five-pillar approach - spanning high-efficiency cells, green manufacturing, vertical integration, and digital supply chain systems - ensures product traceability and compliance with regional carbon certification standards.

同時，「太陽能監管倡議」（Solar Stewardship Initiative, SSI）也成為全球供應鏈透明化的推手。目前其會員已涵蓋全球 70% 的太陽能模組生產量，並預計在 2026 年前完成「矽至模組」的全鏈認證。到 2028 年，進入歐洲市場的太陽能模組將須來自 SSI 認證工廠，確保道德勞動與環境責任。

The Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) also emerged as a key driver of transparency, representing 70% of global solar module output. SSI aims to certify the full silicon-to-module chain by 2026, and by 2028, all solar panels entering the European market will be required to come from SSI-certified facilities, ensuring stronger ethical and environmental oversight.

永續金融成為新戰場 晶科能源（JinkoSolar）在會中指出，永續金融是加速能源轉型的關鍵。該公司發布的《Solar for All》報告呼籲建立更公平的投資機制與公私協作模式，讓資金能更有效流向低碳創新與能源普及。

Finance as the New Frontier for Sustainability JinkoSolar emphasized that sustainable finance is vital to scaling clean energy adoption. Its Solar for All report called for fairer investment frameworks, deeper public-private partnerships, and stronger due diligence to accelerate low-carbon innovation and equitable access to solar technology.

ESG不再只是報告：銀行性與監管成焦點 Sunzest Solar 的 Marcello Passaro 強調，ESG 不應只是「勾選清單」或形象工程，而應直接與企業融資能力及歐盟永續法規掛鉤。他呼籲業界更重視勞權保障、生物多樣性、回收機制與社區互動，將 ESG 表現視為企業競爭力的核心指標。

ESG Beyond Compliance: Linking to Bankability and Regulation Marcello Passaro of Sunzest Solar urged companies to move past “checklist ESG,” aligning their practices with EU sustainability regulations and financing standards. He stressed the need to integrate labor rights, biodiversity, recycling, and community engagement into ESG performance as a measure of long-term competitiveness.
