The goals, which cover areas such as water security, packaging sustainability and carbon emissions reduction, are planned to last until 2035 and will be achieved through technological innovation, partnerships and infrastructure investment.

Water security is one of the core pillars of The Coca-Cola Company’s sustainability strategy. The company plans to replenish more than 100% of the water used for its products globally by 2035, and for the first time this goal has been broken down into the specific needs of high-risk areas. With its latest analysis through 2024, Coca-Cola identified more than 200 high-risk regions that account for about a third of its global business.

The Coca-Cola Company plans to incorporate 35%-40% recycled materials into primary packaging materials by 2035 and increase the global packaging recycling rate to 70%-75%.
