RE100 是什麼?

RE100 是「Renewable Energy 100％」（100％再生能源）的簡稱，是由 The Climate Group (氣候組織) 和 Carbon Disclosure Project (碳揭露專案) 兩個非盈利組織所提出的一項全球性的倡議，鼓勵世界上具影響力的公司承諾使用100%可再生能源。

加入 RE100 的企業需承諾在2020至2050年間全面使用綠電，並每年報告進度。綠電包含太陽能、風力發電或其他可再生能源，最大的目的是希望透過這些具有影響力的公司來先做示範，鼓勵更多企業一起加入減碳的行列。

RE100 is the abbreviation of "Renewable Energy 100%" (100% renewable energy). It is a global initiative launched by two non-profit organizations, The Climate Group and Carbon Disclosure Project, to encourage the world's most influential companies to commit to using 100% renewable energy.

Companies joining RE100 must commit to fully using green electricity from 2020 to 2050 and report progress annually. Green power includes solar energy, wind power or other renewable energy. The biggest purpose is to use these influential companies to set examples and encourage more companies to join the ranks of carbon reduction.

Annual electricity consumption reaches more than 100 GWh

加入 RE100 的條件與要求：

年用電量達 100 GWh 以上

參與 RE100 的企業需要年用電量達100 GWh 以上，也就是 1 億度電以上，設定這個標準是為了確保參與的企業確實是用電大戶，若能 100% 使用再生能源，對於推動能源轉型將具有明顯的影響力。

對於想參與 RE100 但用電量較小的企業，RE100也提供了一些特例，例如RE100特別重視的地區、企業影響力大或大型跨國企業等。這些條件的設立是為了確保即使是用電量較小的企業，只要它們在推動再生能源和減少碳排放方面有足夠的影響力，也能參與RE100，共同推動全球電力市場的能源轉型。

Companies participating in RE100 need to consume more than 100 GWh of electricity annually, which is more than 100 million kilowatt-hours of electricity. This standard is set to ensure that participating companies are indeed large consumers of electricity. If they can use 100% renewable energy, they will have a significant impact on promoting energy transformation.

For companies that want to participate in RE100 but have small electricity consumption, RE100 also provides some special cases, such as areas that RE100 pays special attention to, companies with high influence or large multinational companies, etc. These conditions are established to ensure that even companies with smaller power consumption can participate in RE100 and jointly promote the energy transformation of the global electricity market as long as they have sufficient influence in promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

需公開承諾

加入RE100的公司需公開承諾整個營運中使用100%再生能源，目標最晚在2050年達成。企業必須制定具有可信的再生能源策略，包括到2030年達到60%，2040年達到90%。

若以100%參與，需提交數據至RE100並通過CDP驗證，需要注意的是 RE100不提供個別公司的具體建議。

需提供國家層級的報告

RE100要求會員企業每年必須提供國家層級的報告，這是為了能更精確地評估每個市場對再生能源的需求。這種報告有助於RE100更好地監控和推動其倡議的進展，確保每個會員企業都朝著100%使用再生能源的目標前進。
