萊雅永續加速

法國美妝巨頭萊雅（L’Oréal）正式公布旗下全新永續創新加速器 L’AcceleratOR 首批入選名單，共有 13 家新創與中小企業獲選。該計畫承諾於五年內投入 1 億歐元資金（約合 1.08 億美元），聚焦減碳、循環經濟與自然為本解決方案，顯示大型消費品牌正加速將永續創新納入核心營運與供應鏈策略。

L’Oréal has announced the first 13 startups and small and medium-sized enterprises selected for L’AcceleratOR, its new sustainable innovation accelerator backed by a €100 million commitment over five years, equivalent to approximately $108 million. The program focuses on decarbonization, circularity, and nature-based solutions, reflecting the growing integration of sustainability into core corporate strategy.

L’AcceleratOR 共吸引來自 101 個國家、近千件申請案，反映全球在氣候與資源議題下，永續科技創新的快速擴散。該加速器由萊雅與劍橋大學永續領導力研究院（CISL）共同推動，設計理念在於為外部創新者提供結構化的研發、測試與供應鏈接軌機會，協助原型技術跨越試點階段，實現工業規模應用。

L’AcceleratOR attracted nearly 1,000 applications from 101 countries, highlighting the rapid expansion of global innovation pipelines responding to climate and resource constraints. The accelerator is operated in partnership with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and is designed to provide structured access to R&D capabilities, supply chains, and industrial testing environments for external innovators.

本屆入選團隊涵蓋多項與 ESG 揭露與投資人關注高度相關的領域。在包裝與材料創新方面，包括以海藻製作低碳可回收包裝的 Kelpi、植物基生物塑料製造商 Bioworks，以及開發紙瓶、纖維瓶蓋與低碳紙漿成型技術的 Pulpex、Blue Ocean Closures 與 PULPAC。來自愛沙尼亞的 RAIKU 則以天然木材製作防震包裝。

在天然來源與綠色化學領域，Biosynthis 與 P2 Science 分別開發可再生、可生物分解的原料與生質化學材料；Oberon Fuels 則將木材與紙漿廢棄物轉化為可用於噴霧應用的再生成分。

The selected cohort spans several solution categories closely aligned with ESG reporting frameworks and investor expectations. Packaging and materials innovators include Kelpi, which produces low-carbon recyclable packaging from seaweed; Bioworks, a manufacturer of plant-based bioplastics; and Pulpex, Blue Ocean Closures, and PULPAC, which are developing fiber-based caps, paper bottles, and low-carbon molded fiber processes. Estonia-based RAIKU converts natural wood into shock-absorbing protective packaging.

Nature-sourced and green chemistry solutions are represented by Biosynthis and P2 Science, which develop renewable and biodegradable ingredients, and Oberon Fuels, which converts wood and pulp waste into renewable ingredients suitable for spray applications.

循環與減碳解決方案亦占據重要比重。Novobiom 以真菌技術將複雜廢棄物轉化為高價值產品，REPLACE 則開發單一步驟處理多層複合廢棄物的製程；巴西的 Gàs Verde 生產生質甲烷，以取代工業與運輸用化石燃料。

Circular economy and emissions-focused technologies also feature prominently. Novobiom uses fungi to transform complex waste into high-value products, while REPLACE applies a single-step process to convert multi-layer waste into durable goods. From Brazil, Gàs Verde produces biomethane to replace fossil fuels in industrial and transport applications.

在數位化領域，英國新創 Neutreeno 提供供應鏈排放預測與管理工具，協助企業因應 Scope 3 排放揭露、法規審查與投資人對氣候風險數據精準度的要求。

On the digital side, UK-based Neutreeno provides predictive supply chain emissions data tools, addressing growing corporate needs related to Scope 3 disclosures, regulatory scrutiny, and investor demand for more precise climate risk information.

接下來六至九個月，入選團隊將在劍橋大學創新單位主導下進入密集輔導期，並可進入萊雅全球營運體系進行實地測試。成功的試點專案，未來有機會在萊雅國際據點全面擴大部署。

Over the next six to nine months, the selected startups will enter an intensive pilot phase led by Cambridge’s innovation unit, with access to L’Oréal’s global operations for real-world testing. Successful pilots may be scaled across the company’s international footprint.
